The 'Yantra' design

This is a very sacred and auspicious design. This structure is called a 'Yantra' is considered to be prosperous and is used to inscribe sacred chants and place them under the idols of gods and goddesses in temples.
Though in a technical 'Yantra' the loops near the corners are avoided.
The design was used to fix the idol of Hanuman in Hampi, Karnataka. It's a unique temple of its kind.

P.S. The side design represents flowers. I must say it has been designed by me with some changes to the traditionally iconic styles.
